This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of MemeCurrencyBot, the associated website, Project Obsidian Anti-Cheat, and all related systems (collectively, the "Software").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Software.
2. Ownership
The Software is proprietary and is the exclusive property of r/memeexchangecommunism. All rights, title, and interest remain with the owner at all times.
3. License Grant
A limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license is granted solely for personal use within the intended subreddit ecosystem. No ownership rights are transferred.
4. Restrictions
- No copying, modification, or redistribution.
- No reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembly.
- No commercial use without written authorization.
- No unauthorized hosting, deployment, or mirroring.
5. Virtual Currency Notice
Any in-platform currency or points (including MCIC or similar) are virtual, hold no real-world monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for legal tender, cryptocurrency, or tangible assets.
6. Project Obsidian Anti-Cheat
The Software includes Project Obsidian Anti-Cheat, a proprietary integrity and anti-abuse system developed exclusively for r/memeexchangecommunism. Its purpose is to safeguard the internal currency system and maintain fairness across the ecosystem.
Project Obsidian may monitor user activity, currency transfers, engagement patterns, and system interactions to detect manipulation, exploitation, automation abuse, or behaviour inconsistent with community rules.
Upon detection of suspicious or rule-violating behaviour, the system may automatically or manually enforce corrective measures, including but not limited to balance adjustments, warnings, temporary restrictions, or permanent bans.
By using the Software, you consent to automated monitoring and enforcement actions executed by Project Obsidian within the scope of community governance.
7. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated at any time, without notice, for violation of this Agreement or at the sole discretion of the owner.
8. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the owner be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Software.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws.
